Lease Agreements

Home / Leasing / Lease Agreements

Many times verbal agreements result in misunderstandings and problems. A written agreement stating all terms is the best way to ensure that the hunter, angler, or wildlife viewer (lessee) and landowner (lessor) are in agreement.

Payment for the lease is usually made at the time of the agreement and some lessors require security deposits.
